  4. Hanging: Use appropriate wall fasteners or hooks suitable for the weight and size of the canvas. Ensure the canvas sits securely and flat against the wall.
  5. Maintenance: Dust the canvas occasionally using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using any liquid cleaners.

  2. Shipping Methods: We use trusted couriers to ensure your package arrives promptly and safely. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
  3. Packaging: Your canvas will be encased in durable cardboard and shielded with a protective plastic layer to ensure its integrity during transit.
  4. Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 5-10 business days. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Handling: Upon receiving your package, handle with care, especially when using sharp tools to open it.
  6. International Orders: For customers outside our standard shipping zones, additional shipping fees and longer delivery times may apply.
  7. Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assist you.

Return policy

  1. Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and packed in the original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  5. Exchanges: Due to the uniqueness of each AI-generated art piece and the limited number of units, we can only offer exchanges if the item you received is defective or damaged. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue.
  6. Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
  7. Initiating a Return: To start your return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Further instructions will be provided upon approval.
  8. Non-Returnable Items: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item returned more than 14 days after delivery, is non-returnable.
